Skincare Prep

Following these instructions will help prevent irritation and support proper healing.

First 24–48 Hours

• Avoid touching, picking, or scratching the treated area.
• Do not apply makeup for at least 12–24 hours unless advised otherwise.
• Avoid excessive heat including saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and intense exercise.
• Mild redness, tightness, or sensitivity may occur and typically resolves within 24–48 hours.

Skincare Products

• Avoid retinoids, Vitamin A products, AHA/BHA exfoliants, and physical scrubs for 5–7 days after treatment.
• Keep skincare gentle and hydrating during the recovery period.
• Use broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily.

Sun Exposure

• Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 7 days.
• Always apply sunscreen and reapply as needed.

Additional Care

• Avoid waxing, threading, or other hair removal treatments on the treated area for 7 days.
• Light flaking or dryness may occur — do not exfoliate or pick the skin.

Day 1 (First 12 Hours)

• Do not wash your face for at least 12 hours after treatment.
• Avoid touching or applying any skincare products unless instructed.

Day 2

• Morning & evening: Gently cleanse with water or a gentle pH-balanced cleanser.
• Apply the recommended ointment and SPF in the morning.

Day 3 & Onward

• Morning & evening: Gently cleanse the skin.
• Apply SPF during the day only.
• Do not apply moisturizer unless instructed. Dryness helps support the peeling process.

Important Guidelines

• Do not wear makeup until peeling has fully completed.
• Do not pick, peel, or pull the skin manually. Allow the skin to shed naturally.
• Avoid scrubbing, exfoliating, or using active skincare ingredients for at least 21 days.
• Avoid friction or rubbing on the treated area.
• Always wash your hands before touching your face.

Sun Protection

• Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 3 weeks.
• If outdoors, wear a hat and apply SPF 30–50 daily.
• Reapply sunscreen regularly to protect healing skin.

Additional Care

• Change your pillowcase immediately after treatment to keep the treated area clean.
• Use gentle, non-active skincare products during the peeling process.
